- He has a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and a doctorate from the US. He also has a master's degree in business administration. Pradeep has worked as a clinician, mentor, educator, manager, and administrator in different healthcare settings in the United States.
- He is passionate about filling the gaps in patient care that arises due to staff shortages, especially in the underserved areas. Pradeep is a clinical instructor for entry-level physical therapy students. He also provides consultation and guidance to foreign-trained healthcare professionals in their licensing process.
