We have multiple growing skilled nursing rehabilitation departments looking for skilled and dedicated Physical Therapists and/or Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team. Our departments are dedicated to helping our residents recover from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses, and we need someone who shares that passion.

As a Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapist Assistant with our department, you will work with a team of experienced therapists to provide excellent care to our residents.

Requirements:

Must be a New York State Licensed Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapist Assistant

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Must be passionate about helping residents recover from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses

We employ a hybrid model which combines the best of in-person/virtual care with the power of digital tools to drive matching, adherence and satisfaction.

About the Physical Therapist Job:

As part of our clinical team, you’ll be responsible for delivering clinical care to our patients which includes in-person appointments at the patient’s home combined with virtual telehealth appointments as agreed upon with the patient. This is not traditional home health as you know it but serving patients with outpatient needs in a hybrid setting.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Provide treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for patient caseload
  • Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
  • Document all treatments provided in our EMR
  • Communicate via chat with patients as needed

What you’ll need to be a Physical Therapist at Kins:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ years of clinical experience
  • Completed state regulated CEU requirement in New York
  • CPR certification
  • Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and virtual “bedside” manner
  • Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes
  • Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
  • Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team
  • Bonus: In-Home PT or Telehealth experience

Job Type: PRN or Per-Diem

Pay: Earn $60 to $75 per visit. We also offer a $750 Sign On bonus, performance based incentives and $750 uncapped referral bonus.
